在這快速變化的時代,過去卓越的運營能力不見得能夠保障您未來的成功!相對地,企業必須以更快的速度與規模來超越市場同儕者。
傳統卓越的品牌價值,若不思進步,則不一定在未來能夠同樣有優異價值。相反地,傳統的運營方式,可能成為未來的包袱。
這並不代表說我們必須一股腦兒拋棄過去的一切,但是絕對有必要關注未來的變化趨勢,而不要受過去所牽絆。

創業CEO, 你要付自己多少錢?

多數的創業者,在創業初期,多半是自己出資成立公司。
那麼,在創業初期,你要為自己辛勤的努力,付自己工資嗎?
建議你思考以下題目:
  • 你對自己的公司有價值嗎?如何評估自己的價值?
  • 客觀評估自己的能力,你願意雇傭自己嗎?
  • 如果沒有工資,你自己能夠生活多久?
  • 如果你很幸運的有投資者支持,你領的工資,對投資者的意義是如何的?
  • 萬一不幸公司現金餘額不足,你是要繼續領工資,還是願意放棄支領工資,甚至願意自己再墊款支持公司繼續運營?
CEO支領工資,是不可避免的敏感議題。沒有將CEO個人的報酬放入公司運營必要管理項目,很容易爆發危險。
