企業提供商品與服務,但是也同樣創造價值。一個企業的故事或是關切領域對客戶的生活發生價值,因此而對這家企業產生忠誠感。
當你的企業要招募或拔擢新的領導者時,這些企業價值是必須關切的優先內容。
用一些時間來挖掘與了解引領你的企業成功的故事。
當你預備為企業引進或選拔新的領導者時,你不僅要看他的資歷與技能,也需要他能夠了解你成功的故事。這位候選人會如何看待你的組織的主張呢?但是,也請關注也許他有更好的理解與陳述方式。
你可以問他預備如何來支持公司的核心價值。如此,你的組織可以得到比較順利的交接,並且獲得較大的成功機會。

Businesses provide goods and services, but they also create value. The stories or areas of concern of an enterprise are of value to the lives of its customers, and thus generate loyalty to the enterprise.
