公司初創,就要建立正確的價值觀

當公司創立初期,只有很短的時間機會來決定未來要如何發展事業。隨著公司聘用愈來愈多的員工,建立公司文化的要求就會愈來愈緊迫。通常在公司員工達到20人以上的階段,公司文化就接近定型了。因此,最好在公司變得複雜前,就盡快建立起一套公司的基本價值觀。
公司要讓員工有一致的認識,知道他是誰,他將如何工作,並且清楚知道他不會是什麼,也不會去做什麼。這樣可以讓每個人可以較快做出決策,並且因而改進工作結果。與其花精力對每個決策去進行分析,大家可以有共通的基礎,快速達成共識。
如果你不趁著公司在初創階段就建立好價值觀,當公司組織長大後,就容易定型而難以做調整。
When you start a company, you have to build the right values
When the company is in its infancy, there is only a short window of opportunity to decide what to do in the future. As companies hire more and more employees, the need to build a corporate culture becomes more pressing. Often when a company has more than 20 employees, the company culture is close to stereotyping. Therefore, it is best to establish a set of basic corporate values as quickly as possible before the company becomes complex. 
The company wants its employees to have a consistent understanding of who he is, how he will work, and know exactly what he will not be and what he will not do. This allows everyone to make faster decisions and thus improve the results of their work. Instead of devoting energy to analyzing each decision, you can have a common basis and quickly reach a consensus. 
If you don't take advantage of the company to establish values in the start-up stage, as the organization grows, it is easy to shape and difficult to adjust.
