別讓創業激情沖昏你的腦袋

熱情、承諾、執著，是創業成功的先決條件。但是沒有客觀的事前評估，你的創業多半要失敗。

請冷靜處理好以下三件事，避免你的激情沖昏你的腦袋：

1. 不要沉迷於他人的誇獎。他人的誇獎、鼓勵，不代表你會成功。專注在你要發展的事業的關鍵成功要素上。
2. 不要欺騙自己。誠實面對自己，是創業者必要的修養。誠實的問自己幾個最艱難的問題：這是投資者與我最好的選擇嗎？我是否有次佳選擇？我是否有能力結合所需要的人才？我是否具備足夠的領導與判斷能力？我是否有能力對跟隨我、支援我的人負責？
3. 知道什麼時候該撒手。最好的企業家知道如何設定停損點，知道何時該按下重置鍵。將你的風險控制在可以快速結束，重組，再出發。

Don't let the passion of entrepreneurship overwhelm your mind

Enthusiasm, commitment and perseverance are prerequisites for successful entrepreneurship. But without an objective pre-evaluation, your startup is likely to fail.

Please calmly deal with the following three things, so as to avoid your passion going to your head:

1. Don't indulge in other people's praise. The praise and encouragement of others do not mean that you will succeed. Focus on the key success factors of your career.
2. Don't deceive yourself. To be honest with yourself is a necessary accomplishment for entrepreneurs. Honestly ask yourself some of the toughest questions: Is this the best choice for investors and me? Do I have a second best choice? Do I have the ability to combine the talents I need? Do I have enough leadership and judgment? Do I have the ability to be accountable to those who follow me and support me?
3. Know when to let go. The best entrepreneurs know how to set a stop point and when to press the reset button. Keep your risk under control so that it can end quickly, restructure, and start again.
