- 評估了解企業文化。你自己理解的企業文化,很可能與員工的感受與期望是有落差的。你應該去了解員工在想什麼。你可以啟動內部調查或是進行面談,得知員工對企業文化能夠接受的底線是如何的。你可以得知員工為何願意貢獻在工作上,哪些是他們所期待的價值?如此,你可以知道哪些事情是員工最關切的?
