The following points can help you assess changes and challenges:

1. Do you see opportunities that no one else can see? Changes represent new opportunities. However, you should not only think about how to surpass your competitors, but also see what new business opportunities the new changing situation will bring.
2. Does your client need you? Customers always have many choices. If your products and services are not absolutely necessary for your customers, they will probably leave you.
3. Do you keep learning actively? As a leader, you can't stop learning. There are many things you haven't answered yet. You have to humbly continue to learn in order to meet the fast changing world.
