你能適應企業文化嗎?

無論你是一家企業的新聘CEO、高級主管、或是中級主管,你能夠在這新公司待過5年嗎?統計顯示,超過一半的人都有組織適應性的困難。
那麼,你呢?如何了解自己是否有好的企業文化適應能力?
試著對自己作以下的評估:
  1. 更了解自己。對自己的心裡與行為作誠實的評估,對自己的心態與偏好習慣有專業的了解。
  2. 對企業文化作深入的了解。你可以問前僱員,供應商,顧問,或是其他與企業有關係的人,了解他們對這家企業的意見。
用以上的方式來評估你自己對企業文化的適應程度。如果感到有很大的衝突,那麼,你可以準備另外尋求棲身之處了。

Whether you are a new CEO, senior executive, or mid-level executive of a company, can you stay in the new company for five years? Statistics show that more than half of people have difficulties in organizational adaptability.
What about you? How do you know if you have good corporate culture adaptability?
Try to evaluate yourself as follows:
  1. Know yourself better. Make an honest assessment of your own mind and behavior, and have a professional understanding of your own mentality and preferences and habits.
  2. Deep understanding of corporate culture. You can ask former employees, suppliers, consultants, or other people associated with the business to get their opinions about the business.
Evaluate your adaptation to the corporate culture in the way described above. If you feel that there is a big conflict, then you can be prepared to look for another place to live.
