有效傳遞你的願景

身為領導者,你會擘畫出你的願景,而這需要透過溝通,將你的它有效傳遞給你的團隊成員,讓他們深入明白,再傳播,並採取行動來實現你的願景。
應該怎麼做?
  1. 不斷重複談你的願景。要讓團隊成員真切吸收到你的願景資訊,你要一再的描述這個願景的價值,以及你希望達到的目標。你要不厭其煩的如一台破答錄機一般地不斷重複播放。
  2. 建立對話。當然,你不要自言自語,而要建立各種可能的對話機制,讓你的願景資訊能夠透過對話,讓人們讀出在表面資訊背後的背景、動機,以及找到他們自己參與的熱情動機。
  3. 採取行動告訴團隊成員你需要他們的協助,採取必要的行動。告訴他們你需要他們做什麼,以及為什麼要這樣做。
Effective delivery of your vision
As a leader, you will draw your vision, which needs to be communicated effectively to your team members so that they can understand, redistribute and take action to achieve your vision.
What should we do?
  1. Keep repeating your vision. To get team members to really absorb your vision information, you need to repeatedly describe the value of the vision and the goals you want to achieve. You have to be as tired of playing it over and over again as an answering machine.
  2. Establish dialogue. Of course, instead of talking to yourself, you need to establish all kinds of possible dialogue mechanisms so that your vision information can be communicated through dialogue, so that people can read the background behind the surface information, motivation, and find their own motivation to participate enthusiastically.
  3. Take action. Tell team members you need their help and take the necessary action. Tell them what you need them to do and why.
