溝通企業價值

多數的企業未能有效傳遞一些企業運作的基本核心:它的企業價值。這樣將會失去影響與團結員工的機會。
以下是在企業內有效溝通企業價值的作法:
  1. 建立能夠涵蓋整個企業的價值,而非只在高層說說。如果不是每名員工都能夠擁護企業價值,那麼它就會很快失去實際意義。
  2. 請員工協助。請員工提供企業應該如何依靠所建立的企業價值來發展的意見。並且,讓每一名員工都能夠維護企業價值。
  3. 在企業價值上發展。行動永遠比文字有力。在你每個決策中,都要圍繞這個企業價值來發展,並清楚說明。
