Morality, Customer, Profit, Put Morality First
Everyone knows that business must be ethical, have customers, and be profitable. But many businesses fail because they misprioritize.
The most common mistake is to treat profit as the highest priority. If you regard financial figures as your top concern, then any other behavior will be rationalized for profit.
This is wrong.
You should first require that all business practices of enterprises be legal and conform to normal social ethics. Then, consider how to serve your customers well, and your customers will trust your company and buy your goods or services because of your proper business practices.
Once you have mastered both of the first two, consider how to improve your business profitability.
