什麼是企業文化?

企業文化可以塑造員工生產力并產生企業的商業成果但是通常很難具體具體描述什麼是企業文化它通常比較隱晦不明你可以用三個層次來了解企業文化,一層比一層來得重要:
  1. 企業文化被視為是一組符號或是儀式或是故事或是企業發生過的事件也就是我們在參加企業時所經歷過的
  2. 企業文化反應了人們在企業中的思考、感受與行為模式。換句話說,也就是在企業中的員工價值觀、團隊運作形式,以及一些不成文的規矩。
  3. 企業文化是企業的最佳客戶對這家企業的認知象征,代表了外部的認知。例如,Apple被認知是最佳設計與提倡簡單化的企業,Google則被認知是最佳的創新者。
將你的企業文化關注重心逐漸的從第一層的符號進化到第二層的價值觀再進化到第三層的客戶認知可以讓你的企業文化逐漸產生更高的價值贏得市場

What is corporate culture?
Corporate culture can shape employee productivity and produce business results, but it is often difficult to describe what corporate culture is. It is usually obscure. You can use three levels to understand corporate culture. One level is more important than the other.
  1. Corporate culture is regarded as a set of symbols, or rituals, or stories, or events that have occurred in the enterprise, that is, what we have experienced when we participated in the enterprise.
  2. Corporate culture reflects people's thinking, feeling and behavior patterns in enterprises. In other words, that is, the values of employees in the enterprise, the form of team operation, and some unwritten rules.
  3. Corporate culture is the best customer's cognitive symbol of the enterprise, representing the external recognition. For example, Apple is recognized as the best company to design and promote simplicity, while Google is recognized as the best innovator.
The focus of your corporate culture will gradually evolve from the first level of symbols, to the second level of values, and then to the third level of customer awareness, so that your corporate culture can gradually produce higher value and win the market.
