建立願景的技巧

看到大願景的能力,是先進的領導者的一項關鍵技巧。這種能力使你可以察覺到發展機會的模式,並將它與你的工作,或其他人的工作,建立連接,以便使你的組織可以達到更大、更廣的目標。 
下面幾點可以協助你建立這樣有價值的能力: 
  1. 找相似之處。當你遇到一個新的情況或是新的項目,先問你自己,這是否可以提示你記憶中的什麼事?這其中是否有與你經歷過的其它狀況有類似的情境?是否有相似的內容?
  2. 擴大你的想像力。想想看,找出一些可能影響狀況的不明顯、隱晦的因素。找出可能在背後影響變化的原因或是事件。
  3. 作推定的溝通。將你看到的狀況與推定的想法,用他人容易明白的隱喻說法,講給其他人聽。
Skills in Vision Building
The ability to see big visions is a key skill for advanced leaders. This ability allows you to perceive the patterns of development opportunities and connect them with your work, or the work of others, so that your organization can achieve larger and broader goals.
 The following points can help you build such valuable abilities:
  1. Find similarities. When you encounter a new situation or project, ask yourself first. Can this remind you of something in your memory? Is there a situation similar to what you have experienced in other situations? Is there a similar content?
  2. Expand your imagination. Think about it. Find out some obscure factors that may affect the situation. Find out the reasons or events that may affect the change behind it.
  3. Presumptive communication. Tell others what you see and what you presume, using metaphors that are easy to understand.
