承受創業過程中的種種挑戰

企業發展過程中的起起落落是難以避免的,但是如何能夠堅持下去,卻是企業家必須具備的一項核心能力
以下的方法能夠讓你具有更好的承受能力:
  1. 不要過度擔心可能發生的失敗。要找出各項可能發生的問題并不難。與其花心思去發現各種失敗的來源,不如專注在你眼前面臨的問題,用力解決它,讓自己先成功。
  2. 不要讓害怕失敗的氣氛緊繃著你。在聽到很多人對你說“不可能”后,你可能會逐漸對自己失去信心,擔心得重新修正你的商業計劃,擔心很多事情必須重頭再來。然而,這樣的負面心理是無濟於事的。你最需要做的事情,就是專注在當下的問題,予以解決。
  3. 依靠你的伙伴支持。當你感到遇到困難卻無所適從,情緒低落時可以大方的去和你的伙伴聊聊他或許會安慰你並且分享他的一些建議
