Let's venerate entrepreneurship
Although most economists would praise entrepreneurs as a major engine of economic growth in a country, few entrepreneurs actually enjoy enough social respect.
Why? It's a numbers game. The reality is that more than 80 per cent of start-ups fail. Even if we can survive and grow, we want more of a good salary, a pipeline of promotions, good benefits, and so on. Less concerned about its growth process in the necessary competitive strategy, innovation and development, and so on.
However, please understand that even today has grown mature enterprises, but also from a small start-up, all the way through the struggle. For entrepreneurs who have not yet succeeded in starting a business for 35 to 5 years, but who are still persistent, we should pay special respect to them. Most of them are selfless, responsible and continue to provide employment opportunities and service to customers.
Therefore, we should give enough respect to those entrepreneurs who are willing to take risks, who are willing to change the status quo, and who are socially responsible. Let us work together to overcome failures, risks and uncertainties.
