面臨蕭條,更應該重視企業文化

面臨企業經營狀況下滑,許多企業領導者縮緊發條,嚴厲控制組織,以及關注新的策略。
然而,當組織面臨困難時,你應該優先建立起可以支持策略發展的企業文化。告訴員工他們為什麼應該關注客戶,以及在企業緊縮編制,以及做某些妥協時,應該如何維持事業發展。
在面臨蕭條時,不要讓自己故意對競爭視而不見,掩耳盜鈴,這樣只會讓員工更失去信心。你應該在這個艱困的時期,緊密團結員工,讓大家有一家人的感覺。這些內容可能是價值觀、願景、或是共同分享的情緒。讓對這些大家有共同感受的內容結合起來,成為一個真正的團隊。如此生意的機會才會產生
