你很難預期所有的員工都會彼此相安無事,不爭吵。同樣的,你若不做溝通與管理,他們也不一定會全心對公司誠實。你必須制定一些規範與原則。
- 企業使命。一個精心設計的企業聲明能夠讓所有的員工作為共同追求與遵守的圭臬。你應該確保每位員工都能夠充分了解,并讓他們經常討論、溝通,成為他們的信仰。
- 價值內容。我們指的不是一般性的個人道德理念與規範,而是在商業上實際的價值,包含員工的行為如何能夠創造出對客戶、對供應商、對同事、對社會、對股東能夠產生的價值。這樣的很實際的價值形式,與績效評估,能夠讓員工知道具體的方向,避免發生錯誤,讓公司產生商譽或實質的損失。
- 企業文化。在管理企業文化上,關鍵不在如何弘揚正面的願景與提升員工士氣。相反的,你必須清楚的讓員工知道公司的底線或是忌諱,例如洩露公司機密、行賄收賄、破壞團結、不遵守紀律,等等。
Make sure your employees are honest
It's
hard to expect that all employees will be at peace with each other and not
quarrel. Similarly, if you do not communicate and manage, they will not be
wholeheartedly honest with the company. You have to formulate some rules and
principles.
- Enterprise mission. A well-designed corporate statement allows all employees to be the norm of common pursuit and compliance. You should make sure that every employee knows it well and that they talk and communicate regularly to become their beliefs.
- Value content. We refer not to general personal ethics and norms, but to the actual value in business, including how employees' behavior can create value to customers, suppliers, colleagues, society and shareholders. Such a very practical form of value, and performance evaluation, can let employees know the specific direction, avoid mistakes, let the company produce goodwill or substantial losses.
- Corporate culture. In the management of corporate culture, the key is not how to promote a positive vision and enhance staff morale. On the contrary, you must clearly let employees know the company's bottom line or taboos, such as disclosure of company secrets, bribery, disruption of unity, non-compliance with discipline, and so on.
