友誼可以提升員工的參與程度

最近在探討一些企業文化中,經常可以聽到鼓吹員工的參與。然而,實際上的成功故事卻很有限。所以,企業應該如何做? 
讓員工可以在辦公室裡找到他喜愛的朋友,是一個方式。根據調查研究,如此可以提高員工的滿意度達到50%。他會更樂意在工作上,更感到工作帶來的快樂。 
但是,公司也是必須採取一些行動來促成這樣的氛圍發生,例如,老闆應該帶頭鼓勵,讓團隊工作的文化深植到企業文化中。 
當然,企業可以辦理一些員工交流活動,福利計畫,社區關懷等活動。但是,沒有什麼比員工能夠以經由他們之間的團隊努力,讓企業能夠成功銷售其商品或服務,讓員工感到更驕傲的了。
