杜絕單兵英雄文化

如果你把事情做好了,公司裡其他每個人也能夠把他的事情做好,是不是很棒啊?!
錯,企業中,不是要求每個人表現個別的英雄主義,而是要求集體作戰,大家要合作,協作,共同把任務完成。
作為主管,你要注意不要在你的主管範圍內,發生有人坐在窗邊、或是躲在某個角落,整天獨自一人工作。更要防止有人認為他有特權,可以遺世獨立。
每個人都不僅要把自己的事情做好,也要對別人的成敗負起協作的責任。
你可以定期召開部門會議,讓大家分享他的工作發現,以及提出他在協作上的需求,讓大家用集體智慧來解決問題。
當某人找到問題,或是有解決問題的創見,要給予積極鼓勵,並且讓團隊成員一起分享好的成就。
